When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

What shipping methods do you use and what is my cost?
All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground for a shipping fee of $5. Express shipping is not available currently.

How can I track my shipment?
You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has been processed.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous US. We are unable to ship to AFP/FPO/DPO addresses and internationally.

 

What is the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase with receipt.

How do I make a return?
